Data Protection: The data you submit on your profile will only be available to TopRacket Ltd except for information you explicitly make public (e.g. player or coach profiles).  Your data will also be used in any league, tournament or course hosted on this site that you are a member of but only to the extent needed for the task.  The data controllers for your profile data are limited to employees of TopRacket Ltd.  Your data is not supplied or sold to any external organisation or individual.

Unless you specify otherwise, your sport's national and regional associations will be able to send you e-mails via this site containing relevant information only.  However, they do not have access to your private profile data.

If you subscribe to any information feeds through your profile then TopRacket.com employees and authorised external affiliates (e.g. league, tournament and course organisers) may e-mail you information that is relevant to the feed you have subscribed to.
